I am so happy

now that my insurance company was able to go back and pull the call from November when I verified my benefits. There was a misunderstanding, but now I am so happy that they figured it out and provided me the coverage that they originally told me. Thank you. I am so happy now that they mailed me a check for the coverage of 75%, which is what they told me. Thank you!
